Street Scene (Aug 4-5)
The event celebrates its 24th anniversary in 2007 and is established as California's
biggest music festival, annually attracting over 100,000 people. The line-up is

Summerfest 2007 La Jolla (all Month)

Celebrate Dance Festival (all Month)
When August hits the heat turns up in San Diego with the annual Celebrate Dance
Festival in Balboa Park. Free to the public, the festival boasts a 600 seat indoor
stage at the Casa del Prado Theatre and the outdoor Prado Stage near the big
fountain. Over 50 regional dance groups perform works over three full days offering
an incredibly diverse range of dance in types, styles ethnic heritages and abilities.

The race begins at 7am at the Cabrillo National Monument, follows scenic San Diego
Bay, winds through downtown San Diego and ends in beautiful Balboa Park.

Encanto Cultural Arts Festival (Mid Aug)
Encanto Cultural Arts Festival will kick off its annual celebration with five outdoor
stages, respectively showcasing: Jazz, Blues, R&B, Gospel and Multi-Cultural
entertainment. The event, which begins at 10am and ends at 8pm, encompasses more
than six city blocks on Imperial Avenue from 62nd to 68th street with plenty of family fun.

Festival of Sail 2007 (Mid Aug)
The event will feature tours of tall ships, entertainment, vendors booths and one will be
